Cancellation Policy
1. If the cancellation received before May 15, 2023, 25% of total paid registration fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
2. If the cancellation received from May 15 to 31, 2023, 50% of total paid registration fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 June 2023 and no-shows.
4. Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the congress 2-4 weeks.
